A fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi, who is wanted in the Rs 13,500 crore PNB fraud case, entered Dominica illegally and has been detained, the island nation said on Thursday. In a statement, Dominica's Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs said it is in touch with authorities of Antigua and Barbuda and possible arrangements will be made for him to be repatriated to Antigua.
