The cyclone has stopped but after that now most of the states of North India are experiencing sultry heat. In many states including Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, the maximum daytime temperature is reaching beyond 40 degree Celsius. Whereas the south-west monsoon has moved over most of the southeast and west central Bay of Bengal. According to IMD, Monsoon can knock in Kerala from 30-31 May.

चक्रवात थम चुके हैं लेकिन उसके बाद अब North India के ज्यादातर राज्यों में उमस भरी गर्मी पड़ रही है. Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh समेत कई राज्यों में दिन के समय अधिकतम तापमान 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस के पार पहुंच रहा है. जबकि दक्षिण-पश्चिम मॉनसून दक्षिण पूर्व और पश्चिम मध्य बंगाल की खाड़ी के अधिकांश हिस्सों में आगे बढ़ गया है. IMD के अनुसार Kerala में 30-31 May तक Monsoon दस्तक दे सकता है.
