'Om Shanti Om' actress Yuvika Chaudhary has been booked by Haryana Police on May 29. She allegedly used the casteist slur in a video clipping. It has been widely shared on social media by agitated people for hurting sentiments. In the complaint, Dalit rights activist Rajat Kalsan alleged that Yuvika made some derogatory remarks about the SC community. He further added, “FIR registered against her under SC & ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, actress Yuvika Chaudhary made objectionable remarks about SC community. She will be summoned soon. Possibility that she will be arrested when she shows up for enquiry”.
