A primary health centre of Sameli block in Katihar district, Bihar was found as a converted cattle shelter on May 30, showing a stark contrast between the Bihar government's claim of providing health facilities to all parts of the state and the ground reality. District councilor Kumari Sarita said, “Situation is same everywhere, There is no doctor and facility. We have complained to authorities many times but nothing has changed. There is a visible difference between government’s words and reality. Their promises are fake and only on paper.”
