Miss Thailand 2020 serves meals prepared by Michelin Star chefs in a Bangkok slum hit by Covid. Khlong Toei -- Bangkok's largest slum -- has emerged in this third wave as a hotspot, due to the fact that most of its residents do not have the means to socially distance or work from home.
