Goa Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Chief Minister Pramod Sawant laid wreaths at Martyrs Memorial in Margao, on the occasion of Goa Revolution Day. According to CM Sawant, “Election Commission is the one who takes decision. But I think elections will be as per schedule in the state”.
