Tourists were seen flocking to Shimla on Sunday after the Himachal Pradesh government eased Covid-19 restrictions last week. Dozens of vehicles were stranded at the inter-state barriers in the HP where the cops were scrutinizing Covid e-pass of travellers arriving from neighbouring states.
