When will death of Corona Patient not be considered as Covid Death?, Modi government told in SC. The petition which is being heard in the Supreme Court for the demand of compensation for the death in the country due to Corona virus. During the hearing, the Central Government has said two important things while filing the affidavit. The central government has made it clear that it cannot give a compensation of Rs 4 lakh each to the next of kin on every death.

कोरोना वायरस की वजह से देश में हुई मौत पर मुआवजे की मांग के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जो अर्जी पर सुनवाई हो रही है. सुनवाई के दौरान केंद्र सरकार ने हलफनामा दाखिल करते वक्त दो अहम बातें कही हैं. केंद्र सरकार ने साफ किया है कि वो हर मौत पर परिजनों को 4-4 लाख का मुआवजा नहीं दे सकती.
