Several highways in Uttarakhand have reportedly been blocked due to landslides as incessant rain batters the hill state. Heavy rainfall has also led to flooding in low-lying parts of the state. Additionally, Haridwar and Rishikesh have also been put on alert as the water level in the city river flows above the danger mark.
