The Auditor-General has the power to force municipalities to recoup money lost through irregular expenditure. That's according to Municipal IQ. Auditor-General Tsakani Maluleke has revealed the country's municipalities incurred up R26 billion in irregular expenditure between 2019 and 2020. Courtesy #DStv403
