Hearing on a petition challenging the results of Nandigram election on behalf of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, it is worth noting that even after the results of the assembly elections in West Bengal, the political battle between TMC and BJP continues. Mamta Banerjee filed a petition in the court of Justice Kaushik Chandra on Wednesday night before hearing the matter on Thursday, demanding that the trial of her case be transferred to another bench. However, the judge is yet to announce any decision. For the time being, the court has reserved its decision on the petition of CM Mamta Banerjee.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee की ओर से Nandigram चुनाव के नतीजे को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई ,गौरतलब है कि पश्चिम बंगाल में विधानसभा चुनाव के नतीजों के बाद भी टीएमसी और बीजेपी के बीच सियासी जंग जारी है।वहीं आपको बता दें कि ममता बनर्जी ने गुरुवार को मामले पर सुनवाई होने से पहले बुधवार रात Justice Kaushik Chandra की अदालत में याचिका दाखिल करके यह मांग की गयी कि उनके मामले की सुनवाई किसी और बेंच में ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाए। हालांकि न्यायाधीश ने किसी भी फैसले का ऐलान अभी नहीं किया है। CM Mamata Banerjee की याचिका पर फिलहाल कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है।
