Ingredients –
-Cleaned Small Prawns – 250g
-Refined Oil – 60 ml
-Sliced Onions – 3 Medium
-Crushed Ginger Garlic – 1 Tbsp
-Curry Leaves – 10-12
-Salt – ½ Tbsp
-Sliced Tomatoes – 2 Medium
-Turmeric Powder – ¼ Tbsp
-Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Coriander & Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
-Curry Cut Potatoes – 3 Medium
-Coriander Leaves
-Water – 2 ½ Cup (Aprox 600 ml)
Cooking Process –
-Heat 60ml Oil on High Flame
-Add 3 Medium Sliced Onions
-Fry For 2 Minutes On High Flame
-Add 1 Tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
-Fry For 3 Minutes On High Flame Till Onions Are Light Brown
-Add 10-12 Curry Leaves
-Stir
-Add 250g Cleaned Small Prawns (Zinga)
-Fry For 2 Minutes On High Flame
-Add ¼ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
-Add 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
-Add ½ Tbsp Salt To Taste
-Add 1 Tsp Coriander & Cumin Powder
-Fry For A Minute On High Flame
-Add 2 Medium Sliced Tomatoes
-Fry Till Toamtoes Are Soft & Oil Seperates
-Add 3 Medium Curry Cut Potatoes
-Fry For 2 Minutes On High Flame
-Add Coriander Leaves & Stir For A While
-Add 2 ½ Cup (600ml) Water
-Stir
-Cover & Cook For 15 Minutes On High Flame
-Ready to Serve...
