Mutton Taar Korma Ingredients -
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp Kewra water
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup onions sliced
3 cloves
3 bay leaves
3 green cardamoms
2 tbsp cashew
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1/2 cup makhana nuts
1 cup beaten curd
1/4 cup onions
1 kg mutton
3 green cardamoms
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp yellow chilly powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala
