Assam MLA Akhil Gogoi acquitted of all charges by NIA court. Assam MLA Akhil Gogoi has been acquitted by the NIA court. A case of sedition was registered against Akhil Gogoi under UAPA, but the court has now acquitted him. In such a situation, Akhil Gogoi can come out of jail soon.


Assam के विधायक Akhil Gogoi को NIA कोर्ट से ने बरी कर दिया है. Akhil Gogoi के खिलाफ यूएपीए के तहत राजद्रोह का मामला दर्ज किया गया था, लेकिन कोर्ट ने उन्हें अब बरी कर दिया है. ऐसे में जल्द ही Akhil Gogoi जेल से बाहर आ सकते हैं.
