Delhi on Wednesday recorded a temperature of 43.5 degrees Celsius, the highest recorded temperature for the city this year so far. Apart from the national capital, other states like Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh are also facing heat waves leading to rise in temperature.
