Chirag Paswan has got a big setback from the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court dismissed Chirag Paswan's petition challenging the recognition of Pashupati Paras as the leader of the Parliamentary Party by the Lok Sabha Speaker. Dismissing the petition, the court said that the Speaker of the Lok Sabha has every right to take decisions related to the proceedings of the House.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट (Delhi High Court) से चिराग पासवान (Chirag Paswan) को बड़ा झटका लगा है. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने चिराग पासवान की उस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया जिसमें लोकसभा स्पीकर द्वारा पशुपति पारस (Pashupati Paras) को संसदीय दल के नेता के तौर पर मान्यता देने को चुनौती दी गई थी. याचिका खारिज करते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा कि लोकसभा स्पीकर को सदन की कार्रवाई से जुड़े हुए फैसले लेने का पूरा अधिकार है.
