Not to be outdone, a pristine copy of ‘Super Mario 64’ which Heritage Auctions calls “breathtaking” has just trounced the previous record set mere days ago by ‘The Legend of Zelda’ for the most money ever paid for a video game. Clearly this craze is getting a bit silly.
