Serve this chatni with Idli, Dosa, Uttapam aur enjoy it with any other dried snack too. This is also called Poondu chatni in South India.
Ingredients

Dried whole paprika 6

Garlic – around ½ Cup (equivalent to 3 whole garlic)
Salt 1 TSP
Tamarind (Seed Less) or Tamarind Paste – 1 TBSP
For Tadka (Tampering)
Sesame Oil 2 TBSPs
Asafoetida ¼ TSP
Mustard Seeds 1 TSP
Curry Leaves
Dhuli Udad Dal 1 TSP
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 TSP
