ACHARI MUTTON
Mutton 750 gms
Onions 3 big
Ginger garlic paste 1 and 1./2 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Curd 1 bowl /300 gms
Salt as per taste
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek sseds ½ tsp
Black seeds 1 tsp
Green chillies 4
Coriander leaves
METHOD
Grind the coriander seeds,cumin seeds and mustard seeds .make a fine powder.
In a pan heat the oil, put onions paste and fry till light brown .
Then add ginger garlic paste.
Fry till raw smells goes off.
Put dry masalas and grinded powder.
Fry with some more oil or water.
Then add mutton and add water.
Cover and Cook it for half an hour .
Then add curd then cover and cook it for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add feenel seeds, fenugreek seeds and black seed.
Add green chillies and cook it for 5 minutes more onn low flame.
Its ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves.
