With the Monsoon Session of Parliament slated to begin July 19, top ministers of the Narendra Modi government gathered for a brainstorming session at Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's house on Tuesday, sources said.

Meanwhile, the Congress is looking for a change of leadership in the Lok Sabha. Party president Sonia Gandhi has convened a meeting of the parliamentary strategy group on Wednesday to appoint a new Leader of Opposition. Manish Tewari and Shashi Tharoor are pegged as the frontrunners for the position.
