Pegasus spyware, developed by Israeli cybersecurity firm NSO Group, is in the news after a conglomerate of news organisations across the world published a report claiming that several governments are using this spyware to snoop on journalists, activists and others.
The central question that now remains is - Did the Indian government make use of Pegasus to spy on its own people? Should a probe into the same be initiated?
