Election strategist Prashant Kishor's company IPAC team was allegedly 'under house arrest' in Tripura. This team had reached the BJP-ruled state of Tripura to do groundwork related to Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress. According to sources associated with IPAC, Tripura Police has locked him in the hotel where he was staying, I-PAC sources said that the police have been camping in the lobby of the hotel since morning.

चुनावी रणनीतिकार Prashant Kishor की कंपनी IPAC टीम को कथित तौर पर Tripura में 'नजरबंद' करने का मामला सामने आया है. यह टीम Mamata Banerjee की Trinamool Congress से जुड़े ग्राउंडवर्क करने के लिए बीजेपी शासित राज्‍य त्रिपुरा पहुंची थी. IPAC से जुड़े सूत्रों के अनुसार, त्रिपुरा पुलिस ने उन्‍हें उस होटल में बंद कर दिया है जहां वो ठहरे थे,आई-पैक के सूत्रों ने बताया कि पुलिस सुबह से ही होटल की लॉबी में डेरा डाले हुए है।
