How to make Stuffed Karela (Bitter Gourd) Recipe at Home With Quick and Easy Method it's also called Keema Bharay Karelay. A Perfect Recipe of Stuffed Karela by Chef Zubair.Stuffing Ingredients:Chicken Mince 500 gmsOnion 1 (Chopped)Garlic Paste 1 tspGinger Paste 1/2 tspTomato 1 (Chopped)Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp (Crushed)Cumin Powder 1 tspPomegranate Seeds Powder 1 tspGaram Masala Powder 1/2 tspCoriander Seeds 1 tbsp (Crushed)Turmeric Powder 1/4 tspSalt 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder 1 tspGravy Ingredients:Onion 4 (Chopped)Tomatoes 6 (Chopped)Salt 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder 1+1/2 tspTurmeric Powder 1/4 tspDirection:Step 1: Remove the outer covering of Bitter Melon and pull out seeds and marinate it with salt and Turmeric Powder and rest it for 20 minutes.Step 2: After that 2 time Wash it with clean water and completely dry it.Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Tomato, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Button Red Chilli, Cumin Powder, Pomegranate Seeds Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well and fill this mixture into all Bitter Melon and bind it with Thread.Step 4: Now take a pan and add 1/2 Cup oil and shallow fry it on medium flame for 15 minutes with stir.Step 5: Now take a pot and add 1/4 Cup oil and onion and fry it until it become light pink color and then add Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and stir it and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.Step 6: Now remove lid and stir it and then put all fried Bitter Melon (Karela) and slightly stir it and add 2 tbsp water and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After that your Stuffed Karela is Ready.
