In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of India's Independence Day, a leading Indian diaspora organisation in the US will hoist the biggest tricolour unfurled at the iconic Times Square in New York on August 15. Federation of Indian Associations - New York, New Jersey and Connecticut will host day-long celebrations on August 15, starting with the unfurling of the tricolour at Times Square. Watch video,

इस साल 15 August को देश 75वां Independence Day मनाएगा. इस मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री Lal Quila की प्राचीर पर तिरंगा फहराएंगे. लेकिन इस बार 15 अगस्त को तिरंगा सिर्फ भारत में ही नहीं लहराएगा बल्कि तिरंगे की झलक America तक देखने को मिलेगी. अमेरिका की पहचान माने जाने वाले New York के मशहूर Times Square पर भी दिखेगा. प्रवासी भारतीयों ने अमेरिका में इस साल अबतक का सबसे बड़ा तिरंगा फहराने का कार्यक्रम रखा है. देखें वीडियो
