Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists have been killed in an encounter with security forces in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. The encounter started on Thursday night after two security force personnel and many civilians were injured after militants fired upon a BSF convoy. Terrorists opened fire on a security forces convoy on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway at Malpora in the Qazigund area of Kulgam district. The search operation has been over in the area.
