Amrapali's 9,538 flats have no claimants, feared to be benami property. After completing the incomplete project of Amrapali through the government, a new problem has come that buyers of about 9,538 flats are not coming forward. They are likely to be anonymous. The Supreme Court has warned that if the claimants of these flats do not pay within 15 days, then their allotment should be cancelled.

Amrapali के अधूरे प्रोजेक्ट सरकार के जरिये पूरा करने के बाद एक नई समस्या ये आई है कि इसके करीब 9,538 फ्लैट के खरीदार सामने नहीं आ रहे हैं. इनके बेनामी होने की आशंका है. Supreme Court ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगर 15 दिन के भीतर इन फ्लैट के दावेदार पेमेंट नहीं करते तो उनका आवंटन रद्द दिया जाए.
