The palace is providing food and drinks for the media personnel outside the gate.

The journalists have been gathering since early this morning to give updates on the arrivals to the palace.

Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin arrived at the palace for a scheduled audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

His resignation is expected to follow shortly after.
