Maharashtra reported 10 more cases of Delta Plus Covid-19. The total cases of Delta Plus Covid-19 rise to 76. Reportedly, Ratnagiri and Jalgaon are the worst affected. Number of new cases has gone up from 66 recorded on August 13. Five deaths have been recorded till date. Two people died in Ratnagiri, one each in Mumbai, Raigad and Beed, comprising three males and two females, all senior citizens. Meanwhile, India reported 25,166 new Covid-19 cases on August 17, lowest in 154 days. Now the total number of cases stand at 3,22,50,679. Number of deaths climbed to 4,32,079 with 437 deaths in the last 24 hours. Watch the video to know more.
