A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security was held on Tuesday at PM's residence 7 LKM regarding the situation in Afghanistan, in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave instructions to ensure the safe return of Indians trapped in Afghanistan. According to sources, PM Modi said that every minority coming to India will be helped. Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, and NSA Ajit Doval were also present in the meeting presided over by the Prime Minister.
