As T&T'S 400 metre runner Dwight St. Hillaire has opened up on his experience coming out of the 2020 Olympic Games.



The Tobago born athlete who ran the third leg for the 4x400 team said he suffered a hamstring tear on the decisive leg.



It's an experience he describes as memorable and heartbreaking.
