IPL 2021: The second leg of the 2021 Indian Premier League (IPL) season is set to get underway in the United Arab Emirates on September 19th. Meanwhile the Rajasthan Royals announced that England wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler will miss the entire second leg. RR's Jofra Archer has been ruled out of IPL due to elbow injury.There are also doubts over Ben Stokes availability.
