Info from Licensor: "I was in the apartment, heard the noise, looked out the window, and saw that the car was on fire. I had a phone in my hands, and I started filming what was happening. Apparently, there was a gas leak from Autogas and a fire. If not for the actions of men, an explosion might have occurred."
