YELLOW CARD ISSUED FOR TRAVEL ABROAD

A "yellow card" is given to an applicant at the Bureau of Quarantine satellite office in Eastwood City, Quezon City, on Aug. 31, 2021. The BOQ appealed to the public to apply for a yellow card if they are scheduled to travel abroad. The yellow card provides details of the diseases that a person has been vaccinated against.
