Controversial ag workers bill making its way through California senate

In the California Senate, Assembly Bill 616 passed 23 to 11 less than five days ago. It only has one more stop to make before it's sent to the governor’s office. If the bill is signed into law it will overhaul the voting process for unionization, allowing for a type of mail-in ballot system.
