New website allows aged care workers to voice complaints

Aged care advocates have welcomed a new website that publishes anonymous complaints, mostly from staff at homes. In less than two months, it's posted nearly 2,000 reports. But aged care providers worry the complaints may be unsubstantiated and published without a right of reply.
