Hundreds of farmers will hold a 'mahapanchayat' in Haryana's Karnal today (September 7) in a demonstration against the lathi charge on farmers that happened on August 28. After the call for mahapanchayat, the government has deployed central forces, suspended mobile internet, and has ordered a ban on the gathering of people in the city.

कृषि कानूनों (Farm Law) के विरोध में चल रहे आंदोलन (Kisan Andolan) को धार देने के लिए देशभर के किसान आज यानी मंगलवार को हरियाणा (Haryana) के करनाल (Karnal) में हुंकार भरेंगे। किसान संगठनों ने आज यहां महा पंचायत (Mahapanchayat) बुलाई है.किसानों की महापंचायत और उसके बाद अनिश्चितकाल के लिए मिनी सचिवालय के घेराव के ऐलान को देख हुए हरियाणा सरकार एक्शन मोड में आ गई है। प्रदेश सरकार के 5 जिलों में सभी मोबाइल कंपनियों की इंटरनेट (Internet) और बल्क एसएमएस (SMS) सेवाएं बंद कर दी है।
