There are growing concerns for the Indigenous community as a man in his 60s from Dubbo has become the third Aboriginal person to die from COVID-19. Epidemiologist Peter Malouf says the Commonwealth and state governments have failed to protect the Indigenous community due to their poor handling of the vaccine rollout and delayed lockdowns.
