Union Law and Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju on September 26 inaugurated Sports Arbitration Centre of India in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is an independent body to fast track disputes in the sports sector.

“Centre will serve as an independent body to fast track disputes in sports sector and it'll have a far-reaching impact and play an important role in expanding sports sector,” said Union Law Minister.
