On death due to corona, now the relatives of the deceased will get compensation of 50 thousand rupees. The Supreme Court has approved this plan of the Central Government. The Supreme Court has issued this order on a petition, the Supreme Court said that this compensation will be different from other schemes of giving ex-gratia amount to the states. This compensation will also be applicable on future deaths. It will be paid from the State Disaster Relief Fund. The court said that the complete details of the beneficiary should be published in the print media.

Coronavirus से मौत होने पर अब मृतक के परिजनों को 50 हजार रुपये का मुआवजा (Compensation) मिलेगा. Supreme Court ने Central Government की इस योजना पर मुहर लगा दी है, . सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक याचिका पर ये आदेश जारी किया है, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि ये मुआवजा राज्यों की अनुग्रह राशि देने की अन्य योजना से अलग होगा. ये मुआवजा भविष्य में होने वाली मौतों पर भी लागू होगा. इसका भुगतान राज्य आपदा राहत कोष से होगा. न्यायालय ने कहा कि लाभार्थी का पूरा विवरण प्रिंट मीडिया में प्रकाशित किया जाए.
