Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), ordered on Tuesday, Oct. 5, the Bicol regional police to intensify the manhunt against those responsible in the twin blasts at the Legazpi City campus of Bicol University on Sunday night.
