Coronavirus: At 22,431, India sees big jump in fresh infections; 318 deaths

After staying below 20,000 for few days, daily Covid-19 cases in India witnessed a huge surge on Thursday. As many as 22,431 people tested positive for Coronavirus infection in the last 24 hours, taking India’s overall Covid-19 tally to 3,38,94,312.
