Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on a visit to Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached Rishikesh's AIIMS here, inaugurated 35 oxygen plants in 35 states and union territories of the country. On this occasion, PM Modi remembered the journey when he became the Chief Minister of Gujarat on 7 October 2001, exactly 20 years ago today.
