Aryan Khan's lawyer Amit Desai argued in court, "If we go to Showik Chakraborty's judgment, which NCB said was closest to Aryan Khan's case, the judge observed that Showik himself was not a consumer. He was taking drugs from drug peddlers and giving it to Sushant Singh Rajput. He was in touch with drug peddlers."
