Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday reached Panaji’s Kala Academy to pay their last respects to Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. Parrikar who was suffering from pancreatic ailment for a year breathed his last on Sunday.
