Muslim residents in India's Kashmir fear new detention law

A new uptick in violence in the Kashmir Valley has added to the woes of residents of the Muslim majority region. Many have had to bear attacks from militants and heavy-handed countermeasures adopted by security forces. DW's Manira Chaudhary reports.
