A walrus named Freya has become a local celebrity of sorts in the Netherlands after frequently appearing in the waters near the city of Den Helder in recent months.

On October 27, the Dutch Navy even posted a video to social media showing Freya had climbed aboard one of its submarines and promptly taken a nap. Ironically, the naval vehicle Freya was dozing on is actually called a ‘Walrus-class submarine.’
