A Voluntary National Service Programme announced by the government is moving closer to implementation.


To get the ball rolling, the Ministry of Youth Development and National has appointed an Advisory Committee charged with outlining a successful plan for the initiative.


Committee members received their Instruments of Appointment at a ceremony at Government Plaza in Port of Spain.
