Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik hit back at former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday, saying nobody had the guts to point fingers and claim he had underworld links. Nawab Malik's remarks come a day after Devendra Fadnavis said he would "burst a bomb" after Diwali by making revelations about the NCP leader's "underworld links".

Meanwhile, a team of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials recorded the statement of Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede for a second time on Monday. Wankhede, who is facing charges of bribery and extortion, was with officials of the vigilance department for nearly four hours at the drug enforcement agency's office in New Delhi.
