Two Filipinos teamed up for a digital voting system that is harder to hack and one of them, at just 12 years old.

Eighth grader Rien Lewis Pecson and Graphic Designer Neil Fernandez, Jr. created iVote.ph.

This lets voters use a digital identity verified by non-fungible tokens these refer to unique units of data that are difficult to replace.
