Info from Licensor: "This happened at Sandy Beach on Oahu. Tourists visit this beach daily, some days are big some days are calm and look inviting. Many tourists underestimate the power of the ocean and this is what can happen. Lifeguards and locals constantly warn those who are not familiar with the surf. Luckily this ended fine and nobody was hurt."
